As a Bridal Stylist at Here & Now Bridal, your primary role is to guide each bride in finding her dream dress and completing her entire ensemble with the perfect headpiece and accessories. You’ll deliver exceptional customer service, creating an unforgettable experience that drives sales and supports the store’s growth. Additional responsibilities include adhering to Here & Now Bridal standards, policies, and procedures while continuously expanding your product knowledge. Bonus opportunities are also available, allowing you to be rewarded for delivering outstanding service.

Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell the bride’s entire ensemble (dress, headpiece, and accessories)
• Provide superior customer service and create a memorable shopping experience
• Meet and exceed sales goals by closing sales and achieving conversion targets
• Conduct bridal appointments, including timely follow-ups
• Assist with opening and closing procedures
• Ensure the store floor, fitting rooms, and common areas are organized, clean, and safe
• Collaborate with the Marketing Coordinator to create social media content if needed
• Must be available on weekends

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• High End Retail or Service Industry experience required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and manage appointments efficiently
• Professional, friendly, and customer-focused demeanor
